Pauline is a High Energy Master, gifted Channel, Yoga Teacher, Mentor and Angelic Reiki Master Teacher. Her journey began in her early teens first connecting to and meditating with Crystals before fully connected to her journey in 2012.

Using her gifts as a channel, she acts as a conduit/bridge to call forth the perfect energy to support your ongoing journey, be it Karmic or Ancestral healing, releasing energy allowing the mind, body and soul come into equilibrium.

She is also a Mentor working with and guiding teenagers and young people on their spiritual and healing journey. Her offerings also include teaching people Angelic Reiki and a course in connecting to Intuitive Gifts (channelling). She also hosts retreats in the UK and Worldwide where people come and be held in a sacred and safe space to reconnect, release and elevate their journey in this lifetime.
